WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Measure your dog's back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Match that measurement to our size guide. Moujik sizing is unique — do not use other brands' sizing as a reference. If in doubt, size up.

 

HOW DO I MEASURE MY DOG?

With your dog standing, measure from the top of the back (where the collar sits, at the base of the neck) to the base of the tail. This single measurement is all you need. We recommend using a soft measuring tape.

 

WHAT IF MY DOG IS BETWEEN SIZES?

Always size up. The velcro belt and leg elastics allow you to adjust the fit, so a slightly larger size can be fine-tuned to your dog's shape.

 

IS THIS SUITABLE FOR PUPPIES?

We recommend waiting until your dog has reached their adult size before purchasing. Puppies grow quickly and the size they need today may change significantly within weeks. Measure once your dog is fully grown for the best fit.

 

IS IT SUITABLE FOR LARGE BREEDS?

Yes. The Moujik jacket is available up to size XL, suitable for dogs with a back length of up to 60 cm. If your dog is larger than 60 cm, the jacket may not cover them adequately.

 

IS IT WATERPROOF?

Yes — 100% waterproof. The polyamide shell repels water completely. This is not a water-resistant jacket; it is fully waterproof. Your dog's coat will stay dry even in heavy rain.

 

IS IT MACHINE WASHABLE?

We strongly recommend hand washing. The material is technical and delicate — machine washing can damage the fabric and affect its waterproof properties. Remove stains with a damp cloth before they dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach, iron or dry clean.

 

IS IT SUITABLE FOR WINTER?

Yes. The jacket is designed for year-round use. In winter, it provides protection against both rain and cold wind. The shell is lightweight but windproof, offering a meaningful layer of protection on colder days.

 

IS IT SUITABLE FOR RAIN?

It is made for rain. That is the entire point. 100% waterproof. Covers the dog from neck to tail. Dries in minutes.

 

IS IT ADJUSTABLE?

Yes. The velcro belt adjusts the belly closure. The leg elastics with metal hardware adjust the fit under the body. An additional attachment point is provided which a tailor can use to further customise the belt closure if needed.

 

WHERE IS IT MADE?

The Moujik jacket is designed in Belgium and manufactured in China with a carefully selected manufacturing partner who meets our quality standards. The fabric, fit, and every design detail are controlled and approved by Moujik.

 

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED?

Shell: 100% Polyamide, custom-made, 100% waterproof, PFA-free. Lining: 100% Polyester. Closure: Velcro belt. Hardware: metal leg adjusters.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Browse our collection at moujik.com, select your dog's size, and add to cart. Checkout is secure and takes just a few minutes.

 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments via Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as quickly as possible at hello@moujik.be. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be modified.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at hello@moujik.be. Once dispatched, the right of withdrawal applies — see our Returns section.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS OUT OF STOCK?

If a size is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it becomes available again. We produce in limited drops, so stock is not always available year-round.

 

Shipping

DO YOU SHIP TO BELGIUM?

Yes. Delivery takes 2–6 business days after dispatch.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO FRANCE?

Yes. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery then takes 2–6 business days for Belgium and 3–7 business days for France.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

 

CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

Yes. Tracking information is provided via your Shopify order confirmation email.

 

Returns

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

Contact us at hello@moujik.be within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE?

14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. The product must then be shipped back within 7 days of initiating the return.

 

WHAT DOES A RETURN COST?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE SIZES?

Yes. To exchange a size, initiate a return and place a new order for the correct size. Return shipping and new order shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

 

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY REFUND?

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

 

Care

HOW DO I WASH IT?

Hand wash only, with cold or lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Remove stains with a damp cloth before they dry. Do not machine wash. Store flat.

 

CAN I TUMBLE DRY?

No. Do not tumble dry, iron, bleach or dry clean. The material is technical and heat will damage it. Air dry flat.
