The Fabric
The Moujik jacket is made from a custom-developed polyamide shell - created specifically for this jacket after 18 months of searching for the right material and manufacturer. It is 100% waterproof, PFA-free, and lightweight enough to feel like a second skin.
The lining is 100% polyester - smooth against the dog's coat, easy to clean, and quick to dry.
Why Custom-Made?
Most dog raincoats use off-the-shelf fabrics. Moujik does not. The fabric was developed bespoke because nothing available on the market met our standards. The result is a material so refined that - even humans would want to wear it, if they could.

What PFA-Free Means
PFA (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) are chemicals commonly used in waterproof coatings that have been linked to environmental and health concerns. The Moujik jacket achieves its 100% waterproof performance without the use of PFA - a deliberate choice, for your dog and for the planet.

A Note on the Material
The custom polyamide fabric is technical and demanding to work with - not every manufacturer can handle it. Minor variations or marks may appear on individual pieces as a result of the production process. These are a natural characteristic of the material, not a defect. Every Moujik jacket is unique.
