Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping — Belgium

— Shipping cost: calculated at checkout

— Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days after dispatch

— Tracking: provided via Shopify order confirmation

Shipping — France

— Shipping method: tracked postal service

— Shipping cost: calculated at checkout

— Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [email address] with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product immediately on receipt and contact us within 48 hours.

 

Returns

We want you and your dog to love the jacket. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — 14 DAYS

In accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive the product.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@moujik.be within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason for return. Returns are managed via the Shopify returns portal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Products must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, with the original tag still attached, in the original packaging, exactly as received. Products that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use cannot be accepted.

 

RETURN TIMEFRAME

Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of initiating the return request.

 

REFUNDS

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days via the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange for a different size, please initiate a return and place a new order for the correct size. Return shipping costs and new order shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
